IPSITA COMPUTERS PTE LTD
has successfully concluded a collaborative project with the Support to
Development of Kaliakoir (and other Hi-Tech Park) Project under the
Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, focused on skill enhancement. This
comprehensive three-month training program, conducted from May 1, 2014, to June
30, 2015, provided in-depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Magento, OpenCart,
Joomla 2.5, and WordPress, centered around the theme of "Open-Source
Customization."
Our highly efficient web
programmers diligently trained the participants, attracting hundreds of
students over the course of nine batches. Graduates from the program have
successfully secured employment in local IT companies and have flourished as
freelancers in online marketplaces.
In
order to enhance the monitoring of students' progress, we designed a resilient
database system for all individuals who underwent training in the Skill Enhancement
Program. This initiative, executed by 36 IT organizations and overseen by the
Kalikoir Hi-tech Park Authority with funding from the World Bank, aimed to
optimize skill development. Additionally, we created and implemented an online
examination software system for the Kalikoir Hi-tech Park Authority, offering
features such as online exam participation, instant result publication, and
archiving capabilities. To date, more than 20,000 students have undergone this
assessment, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the knowledge acquired
through the Skill Enhancement Program.
