Clients Function:

• At the time of booking, clients can select service and staff (beautician / therapist/ hair cutter) from the booking system and multiple service appointments per client is possible.

• Clients to select date and time from the booking system

• Auto notification to concerned client from the system once the booking has successfully done (by email /SMS).

• Booking Cancellation option by the Client.

Admin Function:

• The admin has authority to add, edit and delete service category and sub-category. Aslo add, edit, delete of Service Staff and Staff Profile.

• Admin has authority add, edit, delete Clients Profile and to block clients.

• Can see at a glance the Reports on SERVICE provided and FINANCIAL matter.

• Billing System Management.

• Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly activities of each service staff.

• Service Staff Management (Duty fixation, overtime, incentive, Leave management, Service Roaster etc.)

• Service staff salary sheet preparation and salary payment.

• Attendance maintenance system.

• Notification to concerned service staff about their duty on particular day / week by the management.

• Notification to concerned service staff about their duty once client select him/her (optional).

• Booking cancellation by the admin explaining particular reason.

• Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly INCOME of the club in total, category, sub- category wise.

• Expenditure Record (in limited form).

• Gross Profit & Net Profit Calculation (optional) Management.

• Daily Report on Service rendered and Income Graphical reports on appointment, customers, staffs, service, earnings and expenditure.
