Define categories (e.g., Laptops, UPS) and attach dynamic key–value specs. Add new attributes on the fly without schema changes.

 


Guided Equipment Registration

Create a uniue, traceable profile for every asset with category, specifications, and purchase details.

Unified Inventory Views
Operate with purpose‑built lists:

  • Available: stock ready to issue
  • Allocated:assets assigned tousers/departments
  • View All: complete estate with cost columns and item drill‑downs

 



Controlled Allocation Workflow
Allocate from Available after spec verification. Assign to a named person/department with a verifiable hand‑off trail.

Returns with Mandatory Remarks
Process returns from Allocated and capture required remarks (condition/context). The item automatically moves back to Available and the audit trail is preserved.

 

 

Maintenance & Repair Tracking (incl. Parts)
Log repairs and parts purchases directly on the asset record. Create new part names as needed and maintain a chronological service history that rolls into lifecycle totals.

User/Department Drill‑Downs
Open any user/department to see assigned assets, specs, and maintenance history - ideal for troubleshooting and stewardship.

 

 




Full Equipment Profile (TCO & History)
Drill into an asset for allocation history; purchase, maintenance, and total cost; user‑linked service records; and a date‑ordered maintenance log.

Equipment User List (Reverse Lookup)
Start from a person/department to view everything assigned to them, then jump into any asset’s complete record—perfect for handovers and audits.
