The purpose of this Software Specification Requirement (SRS) document is to outline the system requirements for the Upazilla-Based Products Management System (UPMS), which will streamline the process of managing product requisitions, deliveries, payments, and communication among stakeholders, including the central office, district agents, upazilla shopkeepers, and product suppliers.

This system will serve as an online platform for managing product requisitions, orders, deliveries, and payments across 495 upazilla shopkeepers, 64 district offices, and over 100 product suppliers. The central office will oversee the entire process, coordinating between the shopkeepers, district offices, and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and enabling transparent communication across all stakeholders.
